TECHnacity was founded in 1999 in Champaign, IL, as a consulting services firm focused on developing software
solutions for entrepreneurs and other startup companies. Over the past several years, we have
grown into a full service software company offering software development and integration services. Our approach to each customer engagement continues to
be one of enthusiasm and dedication to technical innovation and customer satisfaction.
The TECHnacity Team
Our team is composed of engineers with a wide range of experience in
computer technology and project management. We have expertise in state-of-the-art
programming languages, platforms, and hardware technology. Our programming language
experience includes work with Visual
Basic, Visual Basic Script, Java, Java Script, C, C++, C#, Perl and Cold
Fusion, markup Languages including DHTML, VRML, AIML, SGML and XML, and various
proprietary, industry, and application specific languages.
We have developed software
solutions on platforms
as diverse as Windows 2000/XP/.NET, ASP and ASP.NET, Palm, IBM Web Sphere, Solaris, Red Hat
Linux, mySQL and Apache. Our team also has experience developing hardware solutions
with professors at leading universities, including board design and embedded system design.
We have managed software development projects and provided staffing solutions in many business and
industrial sectors, including electronic publishing, finance, public relations, education,
